For tops and dresses, the key measurement is bust circumference — wrap a soft tape around the fullest part of your bust, keeping it level. For pants and jeans, measure your natural waist at its narrowest point, which is typically about 2–3 cm above your navel. Stand relaxed and breathe normally while taking measurements for the most accurate results.
When buying online from a different country, always convert your cm measurements using the chart above rather than trying to match size numbers directly. A UK 12 is not the same as a US 12 — they differ by 4 numbers (UK 12 = US 8).
